Why does my lawyer always advise me to give settlement to respondant?
Im not a lawyer and obviously the advice from your personal lawyer is better than advice you get on a social media platform. That having been said, in general I believe that lawyers will suggest you settle for one or both of the following reasons: (a) they think if you go to court you will lose or (b) they think you might have a chance of winning, but the process of going to court would be so time-consuming and stressful for you, that its not worth your time, money or psychological health.
