What is the procedure and outcome for filing mutual consent in?
Both spouses file petition for dissolution of marriage by mutual consent before District Court and date of reconciliation is fixed thereafter. If spouses don't reconciliate within such period matter is fixed for final hearing where spouses submit all evidences on Affidavits and upon satisfaction of the Court a decree for divorce by mutual consent is passed by the Court.
