What happens if my parents divorce while the petition for an 'alien?
My family and I are still waiting for a green card. My father has a brother in the US who is our petitioner and I wonder what happens if my parents will divorce while the petition is still in procces, which means that we don't have a green card yet. Does it somehow affect my possibilities to emigrate in the US ?
