If your husband has filed a petition in the court for judicial?

His house? What kind of marriage did you sign up for? If you are aware that you are getting divorce, I would suggest you get yourself a lawyer first. Then go to your house with a witness, even record the event on your phone, in a non-obvious way and try to enter the house. If he refuses, call your lawyer, he will have a field day. I would check my motives for wanting to go into the house though if it is to rub it in, then this may make the situation even more volatile. The possessiveness towards the house would be a redflag for me and while bullies should never be tolerated, your safety is most important. If it is your only refuge, then negotiate which spaces each of you will occupy while waiting for the divorce this could be because neither of you have family or friends nearby where you can stay. Note, preferring not to stay with them is different to not wanting to stay with them. Sometimes staying away and letting some folks know that way that you needed protection against him without actually saying so is one heck of a come-back. You do not have to explicitly explain why you need to be away from the house, but when they overhear you talking to your lawyer about how you were denied the right to your house and how you needed to find a safe harbour will certainly earn you brownie points. Next time pick a better life partner.
