Does stay granted against Divorce petition by SCI to respondent in TP?
Any stay order expires by default after six months as per an order of Supreme Court but High courts can extend the order by citing a specific reason for such extension. The stay order up to six months is extened without giving any reason upon an extension petition filed or it is heard and disposed.
