I would not expect to face any particular problem if the first divorce is fully documented and final, and if there have been no other prior divorces or fiance petitions. On the other hand, if there has been more than one prior divorce or attempted marriage or if there is a significant disparity (10 years or more) in the ages of the parties, the service will exert greater scrutiny.
