What if in case of mutual divorce agreement any of the party doesn't?
The divorce by mutual consent has to be applied by both parties and both have to appear in person on both motions fixed for the proceedings in the Family Court. If anyone of the party fail to appear of final date in person or through his or her power of attorney or withdrawn the consent for divorce, the Family Court shall dismiss the divorce petition.
