What are my challenges in renewing a B1?
Nothing to worry. You didnt misuse your visa. You didnt default. Did you try converting your B1/B2 , and did you stay long duration in USA on your B1/B2 visa if no ? Then all clear. Your divorce will have nothing to do with it. Most of the people in your shoe wouldnt have come back. Apply for renewal before visa is expired. You will get it.
