How come people are allowed to make up reasons of unreasonable?
In most states that are non-fault states, the reasons for wanting a divorce are not given and no one party is blamed for causing the break up. People will state reasons regardless because they feel angry, betrayed and hurt and want someone to blame. They want to get the judge or lawyers to sympathise with them or feel a sense of justification. As the saying goes, it takes two to tango and no one person is entirely to blame.
