Im presuming your case is pending in the United States. That being said individual state courts handle divorce cases not federal courts as it does not involve a federal question. Accordingly you would have to petition the judge handling the case with notice to the other side as ex parte communications with the court are not proper . In some states cases are electronically filed with access restrictions depending upon the type of case to the general public. So again you would have to contact the judge handling your case but be mindful given the circumstances your communication to him or her might piss them off
